Norsanina is a profesional trainer certified by Pembangunan
Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) and a Master of Business Administration’s holder
from University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
Norsanina used her experiential learning in banking-entrepreneurship-practise,
specializing
in ‘practice for theory’ in the specific studies of Economy & Marketing.
Therefore, the ultimate aim of her transition in changing career from banking
to teaching is to put her experiences into a significant teaching model based
on real practice.
Her
most significant experience was as a Mortgage Consultant with Kumpulan Maybank
Berhad where she experienced the need based selling to high end customer. Her
interest is in industrial & community engagement, research & innovation
and academic; and for this, she have the belief that her academic contribution
is dwelling into the niche area of banking practice – relating industry and its
relationship with teaching methodology. In a fast pace in technology dynamism –
real practice module is needed to equip students to the real practice, trick
and traits.
Maximum trainee she is capable to handle is 10 persons per
session. Norsanina takes on a systematics approach of focusing on participant’s
motivation and creativity in her learning delivery. She believes that
motivation and learning are strongly linked. Learning is concern with the acquisation
and application of new knowledge, skill, behavior and values; whereas
motivation drives the hidden talent to surface, that leads to improvement in
perfomance and creates a positive change in a person. As a trainer she can help
participants to adapt and learn from their current surroundings in order to
improve and perform for themselves and their organization.
Besides training, she is looks into conducting a small talk
on educating the consumer of the importance of a Financial Planning and Social
Media Engagement.
During the training by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad
(PSMB) on 6th December 2013 she is giving a talk on how to conduct a simple
financial planning using her 3 simple steps. She is successful in delivering
the training using the approach learned in the classroom during the 5 days
training.
In summary, Norsanina offers excellence skills as a trainer
that are driven mostly by her passion and enthusiasm. She strongly believes
that human behavior can only be improved through fun in the training. Her
training session will be fun and interactive apart from imparting the knowledge
and skills.
