1. Pause: Traits to Watch

  • ☐ Overthinking without action
  • ☐ Comparing yourself to others
  • ☐ Expecting validation from people
  • ☐ Feeling ungrateful
  • ☐ Jealousy or insecurity
  • ☐ Acting out of ego (superior/inferior)
  • ☐ Procrastination or avoidance
  • ☐ Reacting harshly or emotionally

Rule: Notice → Pause → Do not act immediately.

2. Replace: Prophetic Actions

  • ☐ Choose the right action, not the easiest
  • ☐ Take small action immediately
  • ☐ Speak only when beneficial
  • ☐ Stay consistent, even if small
  • ☐ Respond gently
  • ☐ Practice patience in discomfort
  • ☐ Help without expecting return
  • ☐ Say “Alhamdulillah” with awareness

3. Real-Time Reset

  • ☐ What am I feeling right now?
  • ☐ Is this a reaction or a choice?
  • ☐ What is the right action here?
  • ☐ Act on it (even small)

4. Night Reflection

  • ☐ Where did I react instead of respond?
  • ☐ Where did I act with good character?
  • ☐ What will I improve tomorrow?
